CSE is the Canadian contact for a much wider system of spy network called
UKUSA. America's most powerful, but less well known, spy agency, NSA
(National Security Agency) runs this network. Also called Echelon, it is
a weapon from the days of cold war now redirected towards other
targets such as Greenpeace etc. If anyone wants to read a real nice
